The Wellness Spark is our bi-monthly cocktail event where we invite our clients and the public to engage in wellness talks while enjoying healthy refreshments.
We discuss a variety of topics relating to all the dimensions of wellness.
Our Wellness MBS (Mind, Body, Spirit) Program is a physical wellness program.
We host weekend exercise sessions where clients and the public are invited to engage with one another as we take our individual wellness journeys.
We also provide those who attend our weekend sessions with weekly exercise programs.
